Macaroni and Cheese

This is comfort food, pure and simple!

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 lb box macaroni, cooked
  • 1 8 oz package Colby Jack Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 8 oz package of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 C milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp mayonaise

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Cook the macaroni. In saucepan, heat milk, butter, pepper and nutmeg. When the butter has melted, add mayonaise. Whisk. Add parmesan cheese. Whisk.

Drain the macaroni and add the Colby Jack and Cheddar cheese. Add the milk/mayo/parmesan mix and stir thoroughly. Pour into baking dish and bake for about 35 minutes.
